Job Description
- Design and sustain architecture that aligns with the broader IT vision, ensuring it meets the company&aposs strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute a roadmap to guide the adoption of new IT systems while transitioning existing ones towards a unified enterprise application framework.
- Manage architecture governance processes, enabling senior IT leadership to allocate resources toward initiatives that are both strategically and financially sound.
- Assess and explore emerging technologies as a subject-matter expert, contributing to innovation and process enhancements.
- Lead the architecture team in defining and promoting technology reference models, best practices, and standards across the organization.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a solid background in designing IT solutions
- Exposure to variety of technology domains such as applications, system integration, IT infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, and cybersecurity; with familiarity to DevOps & Cloud technology (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proven experience in shaping solution architecture for major projects while working with both in-house and outsourced teams.
- Ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and maintain a holistic perspective in complex environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
