Compensation: $2,500 Salary + 0.5% of personal deals + 0.5% of team sales
We are seeking a leader for our premium division to establish a channel for investor acquisition by working within top Bali hotels (Ritz-Carlton, Kempinski, Apurva, Mulia, etc.).
Team Structure:
Promoters (2 people per hotel)
- Promoter Salary: $1,000$1,500 (based on experience and English proficiency)
- Promoter Commission: 1.5% per deal
- Role: Operate within the selected hotel as guests, gently engaging with VIP tourists and booking them for a Private Viewing Tour.
Manager Compensation: The Head of Investor Acquisition receives 0.5% from every deal generated by their clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build the Promoter Team:
- Recruit 6-10 Promoters.
- Train on communication standards and 5-star hotel etiquette.
- Personally test and assess each team member.
Organize Hotel Presence:
- Develop a silent communication model that adheres to hotel rules.
- Ensure the team's daily presence in designated hotels.
- Create scripts for initiating dialogue with VIP tourists.
Manage Funnel and Close Investors:
- Maintain the CRM system.
- Personally conduct consultations with affluent guests.
- Close guests for a complex viewing.
- Independently close 12 deals per month.
Manage Team Performance:
- Monitor Promoter conversion rates.
- Generate daily reports.
- Ensure plan fulfillment: 1 deal 23 deals per month.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Team Recruitment: Minimum 6 promoters
- Warm Contacts: 4060 per promoter per month
- Investment Tours: 15+ per month from the entire team
- Sales Plan: 1 deal in the first month, progressing to 23 deals per month
Compensation Breakdown
Head of Investor Acquisition:
- $2,500 Base Salary
- 0.5% - Personal Deals
- 0.5% - Team Deals
Promoters:
- $1,000-$1,500 Base Salary
- 1.5% - Commission
