About the Role
This role is highly focused on strategic project origination, government engagement, and partnership development within Indonesia's energy and environmental infrastructure sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving market expansion, developing strategic stakeholder relationships, and supporting long-term investment and project development initiatives in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market mapping and identify investment/project opportunities within Indonesia's energy, infrastructure, and environmental sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, regulators, SOEs, project owners, and strategic partners
- Support project origination, feasibility assessment, and commercial development activities
- Represent the company in strategic discussions, industry forums, and partnership engagements
- Provide market intelligence and local ecosystem insights to support business expansion and bidding activities
- Coordinate with internal regional and international stakeholders to support project execution and market penetration initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Energy, Infrastructure, or related disciplines
- 12+ years of experience in Business Development, Government Relations, Project Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Investment-related functions
- Strong exposure within Power, Renewable Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Waste Management, Environmental Services, or related sectors
- Existing network and relationship with Indonesian government stakeholders, SOEs, regulators, or infrastructure ecosystem players is highly preferred
- Experience handling infrastructure or energy-related projects in Indonesia
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation capability
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong professionalism and integrity
