Head of Internet of Things

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IoT operation team supporting IoT platform, device connectivity, and monitoring.

Ensure operational stability of IoT services and product.

Coordinate troubleshooting for IoT devices, gateways, and platforms (IOH IOT Products)

Manage IoT incident response and escalation.

Support integration between IoT platform, network, and application services.

Monitor operational performance and implement service improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / D3 in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology or being in 3-5 years

Minimum 5 years experience in IoT / connectivity / network operations.

Experience managing IoT platforms, device connectivity, and telemetry monitoring.

Preferred Certifications

IOT Platform certification

CCNA / CCNP
