> What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, CISA, or QIA.
- Prior experience working at one of the Big 4 public accounting firms is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant audit experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations (e.g., OJK, BI), risk management principles, and internal audit frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, independence, and sound professional judgment.
> What you'll be doing
Audit Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan aligned with the company's strategic goals and risk profile.
- Identify high-risk areas across business units, including operations, compliance, finance, IT, and third-party relationships.
Audit Execution:
- Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements, from scoping and fieldwork to reporting and follow-up.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations (OJK, BI, or other relevant authorities).
Reporting & Advisory:
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
- Present audit results to the Audit Committee and Board of Commissioners on a regular basis.
- Provide advisory support to management in strengthening governance and control frameworks.
Governance & Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitor the company's adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements (including OJK/Bank Indonesia/IFRS or applicable international standards).
- Support the development and enforcement of sound corporate governance practices.
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the internal audit team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Set audit quality standards in line with IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) best practices.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with external auditors and regulators during inspections, audits, and inquiries.
- Act as the company's key point of contact for regulatory reporting and compliance-related audit matters.
