Our client is entering a major technology transformation phase, where engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, database reliability, DevOps, and IT operations will play a critical role in supporting large-scale business operations across Indonesia.
We are currently hiring for several strategic and senior technical positions.
Position Overview
As the Head of Infrastructure, you will lead the infrastructure strategy, architecture, and operations for mission-critical technology platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's systems are scalable, reliable, secure, and ready to support future business expansion.
Responsibilities- Infrastructure Strategy
- Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap across cloud, on-premise, network, servers, and platform operations.
- Ensure infrastructure readiness to support large-scale business and operational growth.
- Reliability & Scalability
- Drive high availability, performance, monitoring, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
- Improve system resilience and reduce operational risks.
- Infrastructure Operations
- Oversee infrastructure operations, incident management, automation, and service reliability.
- Implement standards, documentation, governance, and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, information security, DevOps, database, product, and business teams.
- Support technology transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop infrastructure engineers.
- Build a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading infrastructure, cloud, platform, network, or SRE teams.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Linux, networking, virtualization, monitoring, automation, and disaster recovery.
- Experience managing mission-critical or high-traffic systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, fintech, telco, marketplace, or large-scale digital platforms is a plus.
