Job Description
As the Head of Human Resources, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and labour laws
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Supporting business needs through robust HR practices
- Creating and fostering a positive working environment
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout the Human Resource Management
- Assessing training needs and monitor training programs
- Reporting to the CEO and providing decision support through HR metrics
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Human Resources should have:
