Head of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Treasury (PT Indonesia Logam Pratama) is currently looking for a Head of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team.

We're looking for a strategic HR leader who will partner closely with our executive leadership team to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, and culture as Treasury continues to scale.

Key responsibilities include:

-⁠Partnering with executive leadership on people strategy and business objectives

⁠-Leading workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning

⁠-Driving performance management, talent reviews, and leadership development

⁠-Supporting organizational transformation, employee engagement, and culture

⁠-Coaching business leaders on organizational effectiveness and employee relations

⁠-Providing data-driven HR insights to support business decisions

What we're looking for:

⁠-7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in an HRBP leadership role

⁠-Strong experience partnering with senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

-⁠Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, performance management, and leadership development

-Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

⁠-Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, digital, or other high-growth industries is highly preferred

-Experience supporting Engineering, Product, and Technology teams is a plus
