This is an in office role - Ungasan, Bali

Artisan - Uluwatu, Ungasan, Bingin, Pererenan

Papi Sapi - Lombok & Bali

Sunda - Bingin - opening October 26

Rumah Seseh - opening April 27

Currently 250 staff.

Must be comfortable with multi venue.

Role Description

This is a contract, for a Head of Human Resources. Full time onsite in Ungasan HQ office.

The Head of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities will involve designing HR strategies, addressing staff concerns, and maintaining a strong organisational culture while providing guidance to management teams on HR best practices working in a team with another HR.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Laws
• Experience in using Talenta
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Expertise in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in the food and hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous)
• Previous F&B or hospitality HR experience
