Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnering & Business Effectiveness:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce productivity and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a high-performance culture.
2. Monitoring OHI:
- Lead talent mapping, workforce fulfillment, and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor and analyze turnover rates, employee retention trends, and organizational health to proactively address workforce challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR policies and processes to align with industry best practices.
- Work closely with Learning & Development teams to implement tailored training programs
- Ensure that employee development aligns with business needs and future workforce demands.
3. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize HR metrics to track organizational health and effectiveness, including equity, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Provide data-backed insights to support decision-making and drive improvements in HR initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience as an HRBP in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Retail industry experience is highly preferred, with a strong advantage for candidates from the fashion retail sector.
- Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into business strategies.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Capable of engaging and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in fostering positive workplace culture and handling complex HR matters.
- Ability to implement HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
- Strong ability to communicate with regional teams and business leaders.
