Job Description
As a Head of HR&GA, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.
- Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations in the location.
- Designing and managing compensation and benefits programmes.
- Fostering a positive organisational culture and promoting employee engagement.
- Advising leadership on people management and organisational development strategies.
- Leading performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity.
- Managing HR budgets and evaluating HR metrics for improvement opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR&GA should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role within the energy and manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in the location.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives effectively.
- Proficiency in managing HR systems and analysing HR metrics.
