Job Description

What will you do

  • Establish a new standard operational model for all RedDoorz's Leasing properties, including timeline of execution.
  • Develop and implement a monthly operational performance and audit system.
  • Drive measurable improvements in guest experience, service excellence, and profitability.
  • Reduce operational inefficiencies and elevate overall performance across properties.

Key Requirements:

1. Professional Experience

  • Minimum 510 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably with exposure to managing multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving operational performance, including occupancy, guest satisfaction scores, GOP margins, RevPAR, and cost efficiency.
  • Experience leading turnaround or operational transformation initiatives is highly preferred.

2. Leadership & People Management

  • Proven ability to lead and develop multi-layer operational teams, including Area Managers, Property Managers, and on-ground supervisors.
  • Strong capability in performance management, coaching, and building high-performing operational culture.
  • Effective at managing both strategic oversight and hands-on field execution when necessary.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Advanced expertise in establishing, standardizing, and implementing SOPs across hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, engineering, F&B, safety, and service quality).
  • Skilled in identifying operational gaps and driving corrective and preventive actions to ensure service consistency across all properties.
  • Ability to design and roll out training and capability-building programs to upskill hotel teams.

4. Analytical & Business Competencies

  • Strong data-driven decision-making mindset with the ability to interpret operational reports and translate insights into actions.
  • Experience in budget monitoring and P&L responsibility is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across internal departments including Leasing, Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations.
