As part of its next phase of growth, the company is seeking an experienced Head of Home Brand & Marketing to lead brand strategy, customer acquisition marketing, and integrated campaign execution across its Home Business portfolio.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for shaping and executing the overall brand and marketing strategy for the Home Business segment, ensuring strong market positioning, sustainable customer growth, and enhanced brand equity.
The successful candidate will drive end-to-end marketing initiatives covering brand development, customer acquisition, campaign management, digital marketing, media planning, and performance optimization across both online and offline channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning• Define and drive the Home Business brand strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities
• Strengthen brand positioning across broadband, home connectivity, digital services, and emerging home technology solutions
• Lead brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and customer value proposition development
Customer Acquisition & Growth Marketing• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive subscriber growth and market penetration
• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support commercial objectives and revenue growth
• Optimize customer acquisition funnels across digital and offline channels
• Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition efficiency
Campaign Management & Marketing Performance• Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, measurement, and optimization
• Establish marketing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI, customer engagement, and market response
• Utilize customer insights and market analytics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement• Oversee digital marketing strategy across paid media, owned channels, social media, content, and customer engagement platforms
• Drive traffic growth, customer engagement, and digital conversion performance
• Ensure consistent customer experience and brand presence across all marketing touchpoints
Stakeholder & Agency Management• Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, digital platforms, research firms, and external vendors
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
• Lead campaign governance and ensure efficient execution across internal and external stakeholders
QualificationsEducation• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related disciplines
• Master's Degree is preferred
Experience• Minimum 12 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Growth Marketing, or Commercial Marketing
• Strong preference for candidates from:
• Proven experience managing large-scale consumer marketing campaigns and customer acquisition programs
Preferred Background• Strong experience in brand strategy, media planning, and integrated marketing communications
• Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and growth marketing initiatives
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and performance marketing programs
• Strong analytical capability with experience utilizing customer insights and marketing data for decision-making
