Job Summary
The Head of Fleet Sales is responsible for driving corporate and fleet sales growth by developing strategic partnerships with business customers, government institutions, and key accounts. This role manages the full sales cycle, builds long-term client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures the achievement of fleet sales targets within the assigned market.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
•Identify and acquire new corporate, government, and key account customers.
•Manage end-to-end fleet sales process from prospecting, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
•Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with fleet customers and business partners.
•Prepare competitive quotations, tenders, and customized business proposals.
•Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and aftersales support for clients.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
•Prepare regular sales pipeline, forecast, and performance reports for management.
Desired Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
•Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in fleet, B2B, or corporate sales.
•Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
•Strong understanding of tender processes, contract negotiation, and business development.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Strong analytical thinking and customer relationship management capability.
•Willing to travel for business meetings and customer visits.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
