Job Summary

Own and enforce asset-level planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across Geothermal and Wind divisions, operating as the control point for forecast integrity, baseline definition, and performance discipline, and ensuring a single, consistent, decision-ready view of divisional performance aligned with Group standards.

Act as the core performance engine within Business Performance, translating operational plans into integrated financial outcomes and maintaining a robust planning, tracking, performance loop.

  3. Performance Reporting (Management & Board).
  4. Data Integrity & Single Source of Truth (SDS).
  5. Integration Across BP Pillars.
  6. Transition Management (Time-Bound).

Job Requirements

General Requirements

  1. Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.
  2. Preferred (CPA/CFA or equivalent).
  3. More than 5 years in FP&A, planning, and performance management experience.
  4. Energy / asset-intensive operations (Geothermal/Wind preferred).

  1. Clear & Decisive Communicator - Communicates planning assumptions, forecast baselines, performance reporting outputs, and data integrity requirements clearly; drives consistent performance narratives for management and Board decision-making.
  2. Strategic Insight Integrator - Integrates operational plans, financial forecasts, performance tracking, SDS data, and Group standards into a single decision-ready view of divisional performance.
  3. Adaptive Anticipator & Executor - Anticipates planning inconsistencies, forecast gaps, performance deviations, and data integrity issues; executes disciplined reporting and tracking routines to support timely action.
  4. Status Quo Challenger - Challenges parallel datasets, inconsistent planning assumptions, and unsupported performance narratives; reinforces SDS discipline and forecast credibility across functions.
  5. Change Accountability Leader - Leads planning governance, forecast integrity, performance discipline, and transition management; ensures clear accountability for baseline ownership and performance visibility.
