Job Description
- Lead and manage the treasury, accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance & planning functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance aligned with regulatory standards in the capital markets industry.
- Partner with business leaders to support corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and operational efficiency.
- Manage and develop a large finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Act as a key finance partner to the CFO and senior leadership team.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA/CA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with significant exposure to capital markets, securities, brokerage, or financial services. Big4 background is preferred.
- Strong experience across treasury, financial reporting, and financial planning & analysis.
- Proven track record of leading and developing sizeable teams.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements within the securities industry.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
