Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards (PSAK, IFRS).
- Oversee cash flow management to ensure the company's financial health and liquidity.
- Oversee the accounting function to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Manage full-cycle tax compliance, covering monthly and annual obligations including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh Final Article 4(2), and VAT (PPN).
- Prepare, review, and file monthly and annual tax returns (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan) accurately and on time through Coretax / DJP Online.
- Administer e-Faktur (VAT invoicing) and e-Bupot (withholding tax slips).
- Perform fiscal reconciliation (koreksi fiskal) between commercial and tax financial statements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/25/29, PPh Final, PPN) and hands-on experience with tax administration systems (Coretax / DJP Online, e-Faktur, e-Bupot).
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with hands-on knowledge of Odoo ERP.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to work in WFO arrangement in Tangerang.
