Head of Finance

Job Profile

The role is responsible for leading financial business partnering, financial management, tax, and treasury across the business. The position will provide sound financial advice and insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making, drive operational efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and ensure effective financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost management, and P&L reporting.
• Drive management reporting, financial analysis, and business performance insights.
• Oversee tax, treasury, financial controls, risk management, and governance.
• Partner with senior management on strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Lead and develop the finance team while strengthening financial processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
• Support strategic projects and other business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven progressive experience in Finance, from operational to strategic leadership roles.
• Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial business partnering.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, financial controls, tax, and treasury.
• Willing to work on-site in Sidoarjo, East Java.
