Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounting located in Indonesia (Jakarta or Bali)/ Thailand (Bangkok). The Head of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, developing financial strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
• Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, Master Degree is a must
• Previous experience in Big 4 and startups is a must
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a must
• Strong leadership and tech savvy
