Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ciputat for the Head of Finance, Accounting & Tax. The role involves overseeing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, and managing financial reporting. The Head of Finance will lead budgeting processes, perform financial analysis to guide strategic decisions, and ensure efficient allocation of resources in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience as Manager handling FMCG B2B and B2C Business
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and managing Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and mastery in Finance for strategic decision-making
• Experience in creating and managing budgets effectively
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Ciputat full-time
• Experience in the skincare or consumer goods industry is a plus
