Head of Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and take full ownership of the company's technology operations, including system development, data integration, and process automation.
• Design, build, and implement systems that eliminate inefficiencies and accelerate cross-functional performance.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams to develop tools and platforms that directly impact business performance.
• Contribute hands-on in system development and coding to ensure quality, speed, and reliability.
• Build, lead, and manage a lean, high-performing technology team from recruitment and capability development to performance management.
• Drive end-to-end digital transformation initiatives without reliance on external consultants or vendors.
• Maintain extreme attention to detail and system precision to prevent costly operational errors.
• Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, execution speed, and tangible results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, systems, or software development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record in building or developing systems that significantly improve operational efficiency.
• Strong hands-on coding skills across multiple programming languages, with the ability to deliver fast, clean, and reliable code.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries is highly preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership qualities: leads by example, demands results, and stays solutions-oriented.
• High work ethic flexible, fast-paced, and committed to achieving results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional processes (sales, logistics, production) to design effective technical solutions.
