Position: Head of Distribution Center (Outbond & Logistics)

The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Head of Distribution Center to lead our Front operations. You will be the engine room of our retail success, ensuring that products move from our DC to hundreds of stores with lightning speed and 100% accuracy. If you have mastered the art of high-volume retail delivery, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Excellence: Oversee the entire outbound lifecycle, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders to retail outlets.
- Store Fulfillment: Ensure 100% Service Level Agreements (SLA) for store deliveries, minimizing Out of Stock (OOS) incidents.
- Fleet & Transport Management: Manage and optimize the delivery fleet (internal or 3PL) to ensure cost-efficient and timely routing.
- Picking Productivity: Implement strategies to increase picking speed and accuracy using modern WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Operational Efficiency: Manage labor costs and distribution expenses while maintaining high safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Retail Pedigree: Proven experience in a massive-scale retail Distribution Center.
- Industry Background:Ex-Indomaret or Alfamart is a significant advantage. Experience from Circle K (CK), FamilyMart (Fami), or similar retail chains is highly welcomed.
- Leadership: Minimum 810 years of experience in logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of logistics KPIs (Cost per Case, On-Time In-Full, etc.).
