About the Role
At Volare Advertising Network, we are looking for a visionary and data-driven Head of Digital Strategy. In this leadership role, you will be the driving force behind comprehensive 360 digital strategies. You will lead a team of strategy and content specialists to bridge creative ideas with measurable client business growth, managing meaningful and results-oriented campaigns within the Indonesian advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, pitch, and execute end-to-end digital strategies that integrate content, SEO, and social media to ensure clients marketing objectives are successfully met.
- Lead full-funnel digital campaigns. Experience handling large-scale brands, particularly in industries like travel and finance, to drive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee content creation, optimization, and distribution across various digital platforms to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
- Ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives are seamlessly integrated with organic search strategies and overall marketing efforts.
- Leverage data and audience trends to refine marketing tactics, evaluate campaign performance, and compile comprehensive analytical reports for clients and key stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 to 8 years of professional experience in digital marketing and strategy creation.
- A strong career track record that started fundamentally as a Digital Strategist or Content Strategist.
- CRM: Building user retention strategies, data-driven customer journeys, and managing customer lifecycles.
- CRO: Analyzing consumer behavior, A/B testing, and optimizing digital campaign conversion rates.
- In-depth understanding of the social media landscape, content marketing, and the latest MarTech trends.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively, delegate responsibilities, and deliver exceptional presentations and storytelling.
