About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Digital Product & Experience to lead our digital platforms and customer journey. This role will be responsible for building strong digital products, improving user experience, and driving business growth through technology.
You will work closely with Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure our digital products deliver real value to customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute digital product strategy
- Manage product roadmap and prioritization
- Improve customer journey and user experience
- Lead product development from idea to launch
- Monitor digital performance (conversion, engagement, retention)
- Use data and insights to improve product performance
- Lead and develop Product and UX teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 812 years of experience in digital product management
- Minimum 35 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of product strategy and UX
- Data-driven mindset
- Experience working with agile teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
