- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT applications across digital and core banking platforms
- Drive application modernization, including cloud adoption and microservices architecture
- Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC) excellence, ensuring quality, scalability, and security
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align IT delivery with strategic priorities
- Manage and mentor large, cross-functional technology teams (development, QA, DevOps)
- Establish and improve agile delivery frameworks and best practices
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across IT initiatives
- Drive vendor management and partnerships for technology solutions delivery

Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to application development/delivery
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of banking systems (core banking, digital channels, payments)
- Experience with modern technology stacks (cloud, APIs, microservices, DevOps)
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and complex programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
