Identify customer's / audience preferences, plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns continuously across multiple online channels for better performance.
Develop a strategy for Digital Marketing Activities through the various channels: Google Adwords (including SEO/SEM and Google Display Network), Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Work collaboratively with Account Executive, Creative & Business Development to ensure best outcomes for the business, and plan for upcoming pitches and client training sessions where needed.
Creating an analytic dashboard
Managing campaign operations
Lead, mentor, and build a team of ads specialist to ensure successful strategy execution
Analyzing Campaign Performance, give insight & suggestion for improvement
Reporting Monthly (Weekly /Biweekly Tracker)
Requirements:
Min. 3 year experience of Digital Marketing, Campaign, and Performance Marketing
Savvy in TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube Ads and other digital marketing tools
Experienced B2B Digital Marketing in agency or start up is a plus
Have any connection to Google or Youtube is a plus
Strong in Digital Analytics
Excellent presentation skills
Comfortable and confident speaking to client or management
