Overview

The Head of Delivery – Indonesia is responsible for leading and consolidating Axiata Digital Labs delivery function within Indonesia. The role provides end-to-end oversight of the country delivery portfolio, ensuring successful execution of customer engagements while maintaining operational excellence, delivery governance, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

The incumbent serves as the primary delivery leadership representative for Indonesia and is responsible for driving delivery consistency, portfolio health, project governance, delivery maturity, stakeholder confidence, and organizational delivery standards across all engagements. The role works closely with Account Management, Engineering, Product, PMO, Finance, and Country Leadership to ensure sustainable business growth and delivery success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the overall delivery portfolio within Indonesia, ensuring successful execution of customer engagements and achievement of business objectives
  • Establish and maintain a consolidated view of delivery performance, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, and operational health across all Indonesia accounts
  • Drive delivery governance, process compliance, and adoption of organizational best practices, quality standards, and delivery frameworks
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical delivery, customer, commercial, and operational issues within the Indonesia portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, account teams, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure delivery success and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and improve key delivery performance indicators including schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, margin performance, and operational efficiency
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers, and delivery teams to strengthen delivery capability and execution maturity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource planning, capacity management, and delivery effectiveness across the country portfolio
  • Lead delivery recovery initiatives, risk mitigation activities, and continuous improvement programs to enhance portfolio performance and predictability
  • Represent Indonesia delivery operations in leadership forums and provide strategic insights, recommendations, and performance updates to senior management

Person Specifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Management, or a related discipline. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in software delivery, digital transformation, telecommunications, or technology services organizations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior delivery leadership role managing multiple projects, programs, or customer portfolios
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery methodologies, delivery governance, and portfolio management practices
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, customer engagement, risk management, and delivery performance improvement
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent project and delivery management certifications will be an added advantage
