Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Creative, based in Pekanbaru-Riau, Indonesia. The Head of Creative will oversee and develop creative strategies to align with the company's branding and marketing objectives. Key responsibilities include leading the creative direction for projects, managing a talented design team, crafting branding solutions, and ensuring a cohesive visual and messaging strategy. The role requires collaboration across departments and a strong vision for delivering impactful and innovative creative outputs in a fast-paced environment to generate sales lead.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction, including developing and implementing high-level creative solutions for campaigns or projects.
• Strong expertise in Branding and Creative Strategy, ensuring a consistent brand narrative and identity across platforms.
• Skillset in Graphic Design with hands-on experience in creating visual assets and working with design tools.
• Proven ability in Team Management, including leading and mentoring creative teams to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Experience within the agritech, technology, or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Creative Arts, or a related field is preferred.
