Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and direct the creative marketing team, including design, content production, and visual execution (photoshoots and video)
  • Define, maintain, and strengthen the company's brand image and visual identity across all marketing channels
  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative initiatives support marketing performance and revenue targets
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from conceptual development to final execution
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance to ensure creative output contributes to measurable marketing results
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of all creative assets with company standards and direction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in creative marketing, brand management, or a related leadership role
  • Proven experience leading and managing creative teams
  • Strong background in creative direction, branding, and content production
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy, performance metrics, and growth-driven campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to balance creative excellence with commercial and business impact
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in healthcare, lifestyle, or service-based industries is an advantage
