Key Responsibilities

1. Group Security Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and implement an integrated, enterprise-wide security framework across geothermal and renewable energy assets.
  • Align security strategy with business continuity, operational risk, and project development priorities.
  • Establish governance standards, policies, and controls to ensure consistency and compliance across all sites.

2. Stakeholder & Institutional Engagement

  • Build strategic partnerships to ensure alignment, regulatory compliance, and rapid response capability.
  • Represent the company in formal coordination forums and high-level engagements.

3. Security Operations & Vendor Management

  • Lead the design and execution of multi-site security operations, including operating fields and project locations.
  • Oversee third-party security providers by defining clear scopes of work, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Conduct performance reviews, audits, and compliance checks, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.

4. Risk Management & Security Assurance

  • Lead Security Risk Assessments (SRA) across operations, drilling campaigns, construction, and expansion projects.
  • Develop and maintain asset-specific Security Plans, including emergency response and business continuity integration.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

5. Community-Based Security & Social Risk Management

  • Drive community-based security initiatives to strengthen local trust and reduce social risk exposure.
  • Establish early warning systems and conflict prevention mechanisms in collaboration with local stakeholders.
  • Partner with Corporate Affairs and Operations to ensure sustainable and proactive stakeholder management.

6. Incident Management & Crisis Response

  • Lead and coordinate response to security incidents and emergencies, both on-site and at corporate level.
  • Ensure structured incident reporting, investigation, and post-incident learning.
  • Strengthen organizational readiness through scenario planning and crisis simulations.

7. Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and develop Security Coordinators across all assets and project sites.
  • Standardize SOPs, reporting systems, and capability frameworks across the organization.
  • Build a high-performance, disciplined, and responsive security team aligned with company values.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law, Public Policy, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in security leadership, ideally within energy, mining, infrastructure, or large-scale project environments.
  • Proven track record in multi-site security operations, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's regulatory, institutional, and socio-political landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in remote and high-complexity environments.
  • Strong communication and influencing capability to engage stakeholders across all levels.

Leadership Attributes

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capabilities.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external institutions.
  • High integrity, strong governance mindset, and disciplined execution.
  • Ability to lead teams across multiple sites and drive continuous improvement.
