Job Description

We are looking for a visionary and strategic leader to drive the company's long-term growth and business direction.

As Head of Corporate Planning & Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping corporate strategy, leading strategic initiatives, aligning organizational goals, and translating business vision into measurable execution across the company.

This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical capability, and leadership to ensure sustainable growth, competitive advantage, and organizational adaptability in a dynamic industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead the development and execution of corporate strategic plans, including strategic initiatives, roadmap development, and business growth priorities.
  2. Conduct industry analysis, market scanning, and competitive intelligence to identify business opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
  3. Lead and facilitate the cascading of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the Board of Directors level down to all structural levels, ensuring strategic alignment, clear accountability, and effective execution of corporate strategies across all functions to support the achievement of organizational objectives.
  4. Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of corporate strategic initiatives and KPI achievement through periodic strategic performance reviews, gap analysis, and strategic reporting to ensure effective strategy execution and achievement of corporate objectives.
  5. Lead and facilitate cross-functional strategic alignment forums to drive coordination across business functions, resolve strategic execution issues, manage performance risks, and ensure alignment on improvement initiatives and follow-up actions.
  6. Develop and manage strategic implementation roadmaps, including prioritization, milestone tracking, and resource allocation.
  7. Facilitate strategic innovation initiatives, including new business model exploration and identification of potential market opportunities.
  8. Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment across operational, financial, technology, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business transformation, or performance management.
  3. Strong understanding of corporate strategic planning, KPI management, and strategic performance review processes.
  4. Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional collaboration across business units.
  5. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business insights into strategic actions.
  6. Experience in industry analysis, market intelligence, financial analysis, and business evaluation.
  7. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational capability development skills.
  8. Certification in risk management or strategic management (such as BSMR Level 1) will be an advantage.
