About the Role

As the Head of Consumer Lending, you will play a critical role in shaping and accelerating the growth of our Lending Aggregator product. You'll lead end-to-end strategy from defining the vision, driving revenue, and owning the P&L, to identifying high-impact opportunities across the full lending funnel.

In this role, you'll oversee acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies, ensuring sustainable and scalable growth. You will also take charge of go-to-market execution and continuously optimize key performance metrics such as disbursement, CAC, and LTV.

We're looking for a data-driven, strategic leader with a strong track record in growth, product, or strategy someone who can influence stakeholders, make bold decisions, and drive tangible business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do

  • Own the growth, revenue, and P&L of the Lending Aggregator product.
  • Identify and drive high-impact opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and continuously optimize key KPIs such as disbursement, CAC, and LTV.

What you'll need

  • 5–10+ years of experience in growth, strategy, or product roles (preferably in tech/fintech).
  • A strong track record of delivering measurable growth results.
  • Excellent data analytics and communication skills with proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
