Head of Compliance Division

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Leader to join our organization and lead the Compliance function within a dynamic Life Insurance business.

This is a strategic leadership position with responsible for ensuring that regulatory compliance becomes an integral part of sustainable business growth.

As Head of Compliance Division, you will:

• Define and execute the Company's Compliance Strategy & Framework.
• Provide independent compliance advice and constructive challenge to BOD and Senior Management.
• Lead regulatory engagement with OJK and relevant authorities.
• Oversee Compliance Risk Management, AML/CFT, KYC.
• Provide compliance oversight across Life Insurance Products, Bancassurance, Distribution, Agency, Sales & Marketing, Customer Protection, and Third-Party Arrangements.
• Lead regulatory change management, compliance monitoring, and remediation.
• Strengthen Compliance Culture and Governance across the organization.
• Build and develop a strong, high-performing Compliance team.

We are looking for a leader with:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; background in Law is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk, Legal, AML/CFT, or related functions within Financial Services.
• Mandatory: Experience in Life Insurance / Insurance.
• Financial Industry professionals are welcome to apply, particularly those with strong. experience in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, KYC, consumer protection, governance, and OJK requirements.
• Minimum 5 years in managerial / senior leadership roles.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Relevant professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, AML/CFT or related areas are highly valued.
