Head of Commercial Strategy & Planning

Responsibility :

• Define and forecast product quantities for new launches and restocks, aligning with e-commerce sales goals and market demand
• Develop and implement strategic plans for online product purchasing, assortment optimization, and inventory management
• Plan and oversee weekly distribution patterns to ensure timely delivery and stock alignment across e-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with digital merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure inventory placement supports online sales objectives
• Design promotional campaigns and strategies tailored to e-commerce audiences, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
• Leverage data insights to make informed decisions on pricing, product placement, and stock replenishment to optimize sales and customer experience
• Monitor stock turnover rates (STR), aging Stock to Sales Ratio (SSR), implementing action plans to optimize performance
• Collaborate with Merchandiser to ensure timely and accurate product placement
• Review and analyze store performance, creating action plans for improvement
• Conduct performance analysis to support decision-making in buying, distribution, and pricing

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in planning, buying, or merchandising, with a proven track record of driving sales performance
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or equivalent)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent understanding consumer behavior or digital trends
• Experience in the fashion industry, particularly modest fashion, is an advantage
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams
• Detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
