Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior commercial, business development, or sales leadership roles within medical devices, medical aesthetic and plastic surgery industry in global or multinational company.
- Strong exposure to implants, aesthetic products, plastic surgery-related products, injectables, fillers, Botox, or other medical aesthetic solutions.
- Proven track record in expanding market coverage, developing new clients, and driving business growth in Indonesia.
- Strong network with plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and distributors is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow commercial business operations in Indonesia within the medical aesthetics industry.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with plastic surgeons, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to strengthen market presence and increase brand awareness.
- Manage sales performance, revenue targets, forecasting, and overall commercial activities.
- Collaborate closely with regional management to align local business direction with regional growth plans.
