Head of Commercial - Media

An Indonesian Media company is looking to recruit a new Head of Commercial to join their team in Jakarta. Reporting to the BOD, the role involves fostering strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships to support the company's business objectives

About the Head of Commercial - Media:

You would be responsible for developing strategies for planning, managing, and growing sales activities across all business units. Other day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Design strategies for planning, managing, and developing marketing communication activities, including branding, promotion, product positioning, and partnership collaborations
• Manage customer relationship initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Provide regular reports on revenue performance to the Management team
• Ensure effective project delivery and optimize resource utilization
• Build and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders (partners, communities, and government agencies) to support solution delivery and the development and implementation of products and services

The successful candidate will have 10-years experience in a senior sales, or business leadership role in Media Digital Industry

Skills and experience needed:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Experience in managing partnerships with external stakeholders, including government institutions, business partners, and communities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong understanding of financial management including OPEX and COGS
