Head of Finance Business Partner – International Business
As SKINTIFIC continues to accelerate its expansion across international markets, we are looking for an exceptional finance leader to become a trusted strategic partner for our commercial organization.
This is more than a finance leadership role. We are seeking someone who can translate financial insights into business decisions, influence senior stakeholders, and drive sustainable, profitable growth across multiple international markets.
You will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategies, strengthening financial governance, optimizing investments, and building scalable financial frameworks that support SKINTIFIC's continued global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
• Act as the strategic finance partner to international commercial leadership, supporting long-term business growth and market expansion.
• Provide data-driven financial insights and strategic recommendations to influence key commercial decisions.
• Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business opportunities, investment priorities, and growth initiatives.
• Challenge business assumptions while balancing commercial ambitions with long-term financial sustainability.
Commercial Performance & Profitability Management
• Lead end-to-end profitability analysis across countries, channels, customers, distributors, and product portfolios.
• Monitor key commercial drivers including sales performance, pricing strategy, gross margin, promotional effectiveness, and investment returns.
• Identify profitability leakage, financial risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Evaluate the financial impact of pricing strategies, commercial investments, market expansion initiatives, and other strategic business decisions.
Financial Planning & Decision Support
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process for international commercial operations.
• Develop financial models, business cases, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Deliver timely financial insights to enable proactive business decisions and continuous performance improvement.
• Drive forecasting accuracy while supporting long-term commercial planning.
Commercial Governance & Investment Management
• Establish strong financial governance across trade investments, commercial spending, distributor incentives, and market development initiatives.
• Ensure commercial investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver sustainable financial returns.
• Strengthen financial visibility, accountability, and control across international commercial operations.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining business competitiveness and market execution excellence.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Demand Planning, and other key stakeholders to drive business performance.
• Influence senior leadership through strong business acumen, financial expertise, and strategic thinking.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial finance team, fostering a strong business partnering mindset.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence.
Finance Transformation & Process Excellence
• Drive finance transformation initiatives to improve reporting quality, planning effectiveness, and business decision support.
• Enhance financial reporting, dashboards, and commercial analytics to provide greater business visibility.
• Build scalable financial processes and governance frameworks that support rapid international business growth.
• Continuously improve finance systems, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools to enable better business performance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related functions, preferably within FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Goods, or other fast-paced industries.
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with commercial or business leadership teams in driving strategic business decisions.
• Exposure to international business operations or multi-market commercial environments will be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial insights, strategic recommendations, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in dynamic, high-growth organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with confidence in engaging regional and international stakeholders.
