Head Of Commercial Data Center

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Data Center site feasibility studies and site selection, considering key factors such as power capacity and reliability, fiber optic connectivity, disaster risk, and zoning regulations.
• Analyze the Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure market, including colocation providers, hyperscalers, technology trends, pricing, and network availability.
• Develop commercial and financial models covering CAPEX per MW, electricity and cooling OPEX, PUE targets, pricing models per rack/kW, NPV, IRR, and payback period.
• Prepare business cases and investment proposals for new Data Center expansions, modules, or development phases.
• Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Data Center facilities, including target customers, pricing, positioning, and market approach.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify business opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
• Provide commercial and investment recommendations to Management to support Data Center growth and expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or Technology/Business-related fields.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Data Center, Telecom Infrastructure, Cloud Service Provider, or Technology Advisory industries.
• Strong understanding of Data Center fundamentals, including Tier Standards, power and cooling architecture, MW capacity, and infrastructure requirements.
• Good understanding of Cloud Service Models, particularly IaaS and PaaS.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis for technology infrastructure projects, including TCO, Revenue per Rack/kW, CAPEX per MW, IRR, NPV, and Payback Period.
• Strong market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and commercial strategy skills.
• Strong analytical, business planning, communication, and presentation skills.
