Job Description

As Head of Commercial & Go-To-Market, you will define and lead the end-to-end commercial strategyowning GTM vision, revenue growth, and market expansion across products and segments. This is a senior, high-impact role where you'll partner closely with executive leadership to turn strategy into measurable commercial results.

You'll build and lead high-performing commercial teams, sharpen value propositions, and design GTM motions that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. From pricing and partnerships to sales enablement and market entry, you'll shape how the business competes and grows.

THE ROLE

  • Own and execute the overall Commercial & GTM strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Drive revenue across sales, partnerships, and channels, from strategy to execution
  • Lead and develop sales, business development, and GTM teams with clear performance accountability
  • Define pricing, packaging, and commercial models to maximize market adoption and profitability
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to launch, scale, and optimize offerings
  • Translate customer and market insights into compelling value propositions and sales narratives
  • Establish commercial KPIs, pipeline discipline, and forecasting rigor to support sustainable growth

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven leadership experience in commercial, GTM, sales, or revenue roles
  • Experience in technology, digital, or platform-based businesses
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Experience building and scaling commercial teams in fast-moving environments
  • Deep understanding of GTM strategy, pricing, partnerships, and channel development
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders

  • Exposure to launching new products, markets, or business models
  • Experience working across multi-functional or multi-market organizations
