Head of Capital Markets

Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen SIRCLO's equity story and capital markets positioning for institutional and public market investors.
• Lead strategic investor targeting, engagement, and relationship management across domestic and regional markets.
• Manage investor meetings, presentations, and key communications to effectively articulate the company's growth strategy and investment proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, underwriters, and other key capital market stakeholders.
• Gather and translate investor and market feedback into insights to support management's strategic and capital markets decisions.
• Partner closely with management, financial advisors, underwriters, and internal stakeholders on key capital markets initiatives.
• Drive ongoing investor engagement and support future capital raising and other strategic capital markets activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking (ECM/Syndicate), or public-company Investor Relations.
• Strong track record of involvement in multiple public market transactions, with hands-on exposure to investor engagement and transaction execution.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and the end-to-end public offering process, including investor marketing, roadshows, book building, pricing, and allocation.
• Proven experience engaging with public market institutional investors across domestic and/or regional markets.
• Good working knowledge of the IDX/OJK capital market environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; established relationships with institutional investors and key capital market stakeholders are highly preferred.
