Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute buying & merchandising strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead vendor negotiations and build strong supplier partnerships.
  • Manage assortment planning, inventory, and Open-to-Buy (OTB).
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize product selection.
  • Lead and develop the buying team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Category Management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial decision-making skills.
  • Experience in fashion or retail industry is required.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
