- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including market entry, expansion, and partnerships
- Drive market entry strategies, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations
- Conduct deep-dive market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable strategic initiatives for senior leadership

Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Head Of Business & Strategy Should Have
- Minimum 15 years of experience in strategy, business development, or consulting
- Strong background in management consulting, combined with hands-on industry exposure
- Proven experience working with or advising manufacturing businesses
- Demonstrated understanding of consumer products and market dynamics, with strong commercial and marketing intuition
- Solid track record in developing and executing market entry strategies
- Highly proficient in data analysis, market research, and strategic planning
- Ability to convert insights into practical, results-oriented action plans
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-business environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Structured thinker with clear, logical communication style
- Persuasive and confident in presenting strategies and recommendations
