Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including market entry, expansion, and partnerships

  • Conduct deep-dive market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights

Anforderungsprofil

A Successful Head Of Business & Strategy Should Have

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in strategy, business development, or consulting
  • Strong background in management consulting, combined with hands-on industry exposure
  • Proven experience working with or advising manufacturing businesses
  • Demonstrated understanding of consumer products and market dynamics, with strong commercial and marketing intuition
  • Solid track record in developing and executing market entry strategies
  • Highly proficient in data analysis, market research, and strategic planning
  • Ability to convert insights into practical, results-oriented action plans
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-business environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Structured thinker with clear, logical communication style
  • Persuasive and confident in presenting strategies and recommendations
