Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in Lead Business Unit, preferably in the beauty/skin clinic
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Experience in developing marketing plans and product/service innovation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Proven experience in overseeing and optimizing daily operations across departments, ensuring efficient workflows, cost control, regulatory compliance, staff management, and the effective use of clinic management
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and strategic partnerships to drive clinic growth
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies aligned with overall clinic goals
- Research industry trends and customer needs to guide the development of new treatments, packages, and services
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to launch and refine services that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Monitor competitive landscape and proactively innovate to maintain market leadership.
- Conceptualize and oversee brand-aligned marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
- Plan and execute promotional activities, seasonal offers, and service bundling strategies
- Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms (social media, email, in-clinic materials, etc.)
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high service standards
- Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance to support operational excellence
