Responsibilities:
Customer
1. Ensure regular and effective communication with senior management of key customers through regular visits and performance reviews with them.
2. Take corrective actions, when necessary, to ensure that DHL meets agreed KPI and provides the best DHL services to these customers.
3. Support the BD Manager in Strategy Development and Implementation with close collaboration with other functional groups within the Country, Area, Region, and Network.
Stakeholders
1. Country Manager, Liaise in the planning process to develop the Annual Business Plan, to develop monthly rolling sales forecasts/re-forecasts and to monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions where necessary.
2. Regional Team, Work very closely in order to assist in cultivating and penetrating existing and potential customers
3. Regional Team, Actively participate as a member of the Regional APAC Team in developing and implementing strategies and solutions that are harmonized across the Asia Pacific Region.
4. Other functional groups, Work closely to ensure our sales plans are effectively supported.
5. Other functional groups, Closely collaborate to effectively direct, motivate and lead the teams to deliver the required services to the customers and hence grow our business profitably while consistently keeping track with environmental changes
