Head of Business Development & Partnership

We are seeking an experienced Partnership & Program Manager to develop our association through marketing, sales, and relationship-building strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue

- Achieve business targets and goals set by the association

- Analyse market and industry trends to identify opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

- Develop business proposals and presentations for potential clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies

- Monitor and report business performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales

- Strong analytical and strategic skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and meet targets

- Good command of English (written and spoken)

- Data analysis and tool usage skills

- Digital marketing and social media skills

- Ability to develop business proposals and presentations
