Head of Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Build processes data transformation, structures, metadata, dependency and workload management, Financial data
• Provide leadership to existing team member
• Work with business and application teams to implement data strategies, data flows, develop conceptual models
• Deliver financial analysis, insights, reporting, and tools to support the brand team
• Perform Modeling in relation to customer behavior
• Build & maintain dashboards for tracking business KPls and initiatives
• Deliver analytics & insights to support cross department & vertical team
• Identify business opportunities and support growth with experiments and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, an MBA is a plus
• Minimum 10 + years of working experience in Financial/Data analysis related
• Experience building and optimizing big data data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
• Excellent time management & prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task and work across many domains
