Job Description

As the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with the target audience and drive business growth. Will lead a team of talented marketers to create compelling campaigns, establish the brand identity, and enhance brand awareness across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry and market, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record of building successful brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic brand marketing plan aligned with the company's objectives and target market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Define and articulate the brand identity, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including digital assets, campaigns, and collateral, that effectively communicates our brand story.
  • Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, tracking key KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Represent the brand internally and externally, serving as a brand ambassador and advocate for the company values and mission.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, including brand positioning, identity, and architecture.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
