Responsibilities
The Tokopedia Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across Indonesia. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to Tokopedia in Indonesia.

The candidate will play a crucial role in leading and developing end-to-end brand strategy, overseeing execution and media orchestrations, as well as analyzing impactful brand marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately deliver business objectives. The candidate will also lead cross-functional alignments on key priorities and directions to ensure consumer-facing brand experience is consistent. This role requires a creative and data-driven individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles & business acumen, campaign management best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and a passion for building strong brand narratives.

Responsibilities:
1. Annual Brand Strategy & Direction
- Lead and initiate holistic annual brand review that covers brand health, imagery, and business performance of the brand
- Identify and analyze key data and insight pressure points to leverage and highlight
- Initiate appropriate studies and research required
- Lead the creation and approval process of the plan with board and management

2. Campaign Development & Planning:
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and develop comprehensive brand campaign strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Initiate the conceptualization and planning of creative and innovative campaign concepts across various channels (digital, social media, traditional, experiential, etc.).
- Determine clear R&R, campaign objectives, target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.
- Decide appropriate market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies and ensure differentiation.
- Lead timely management update on the progress and expectations.

3. Platform traffic planning
- Lead traffic planning during campaigns, make strategies to drive traffic uplift, including channel prioritization, new channel extension, and existing channel optimization.
- Develop multiple methods to drive campaign traffic, through product, crm, media, content, etc

4. Campaign Execution & Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of brand marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, including but not limited to the usage of appropriate agencies and production resources.
- Oversee coordination with internal teams (e.g., creative, content, sales) and external agencies (e.g., advertising, PR, media buying) to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Lead the development of compelling marketing materials and content in collaboration with the creative team, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.

5. Campaign Analysis & Reporting:
- Robust tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Sharp in identifying successful campaign elements and areas for improvement to enhance future campaign effectiveness.
- Lead post-campaign evaluations and provide actionable learnings for future initiatives.

6. Brand Building & Collaboration:
- Ensure all campaign activities consistently reinforce the brand identity, messaging, and values.
- Collaborate closely with other marketing team members to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Lead the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all campaigns.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of proven experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on creative campaign development and media affluence.
- Demonstrated success in managing impactful annual brand plans and multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Exceptional understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms (e.g., social media, search engine marketing, email marketing). Able to drive data driven insights.
- Stay on trend, strong willingness to explore latest marketing methods and stay innovative and creative
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Team lead/management experience is a must. Ability to work and develop high performing teams with clear individual and collective vision.
- English proficiency.

- Familiarity with brand research, tracking, and social listening tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership experience.
