About The Role

We are seeking a Head of Brand who will lead and oversee brand activation initiatives across both digital and offline channels. In this role, you will ensure brand campaigns are executed effectively, consistently, and aligned with brand positioning. You will drive brand awareness and engagement, maximize ROI for every campaign, and create measurable brand contribution through close collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-funnel brand campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion) and ensure timely delivery.
  • Plan campaign budgets and asset allocation to optimize cost efficiency and performance.
  • Oversee KOL, vendor, agency, and community collaboration for brand activation.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPI, engagement rate, conversion, and ROI metrics.
  • Ensure brand visuals and messages remain consistent across all channels.
  • Produce performance reports and strategic recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in brand activation, digital marketing, campaign management, and/or product marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
  • High attention to brand identity, message consistency, and cost-efficiency.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms, data analytics, and brand tools.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Purbalingga, Central Java
