Job Description:

• Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling operational expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business targets.
• Manage and lead the full recruitment process for Financial Services Consultants (FSC) and Area Sales Leaders (ASL)
• Coordinate and oversee the organization of ad hoc Bancassurance events
• Oversee and ensure timely and accurate submission of SKPR documents and share the reports and status to related team including sales.
• Design, implement, and monitor reward schemes and merchandise distribution for banca sales teams, aligned with performance metrics and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of policy management within Banca Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of any major, with extended experience in Finance & Budgetting, Sales Support, Consultant & PM experience are advantageous.
• Minimal 8 years working experience in this related position
• Good in English both oral and written.
• Insurance or other financial institution is an advantage & critical.
• Good in analytical & problem-solving skills are advantageous & critical.
• Bancassurance, alternative or other partnership distribution experience is advantageous.
• Has been working with Life Insurance Companies or similar financial institution
